Sorry, We do not offer a "try before you buy" program, nor is there a trial period after an item has been purchased and opened. For paddle orders on Swicepickleball.com, cancellation or exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or modified. Items without manufacturing defects are not eligible for refund or return.
