Refund policy

Swice Pickleball cherishes each of our customers, so we take time to ensure that each paddle shipped out is of the best quality and ready for use.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition.
  • All original packaging must be included.

Restocking Fee: If the item is returned without meeting the above conditions, a 20% restocking fee will be applied based on the MSRP of the product.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Swice pickleball paddles are guaranteed against workmanship and manufacturer defects for the lifetime of the paddle. The warranty is not transferable and only applies to the original owner.

1. What's Covered and What's Not

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship are covered for the lifetime of the product. Normal wear and tear, damage caused by abuse, negligence/user modification, and the natural breakdown or fading of graphics or textures over extended use are not covered.

2. Miscellaneous

This warranty is available for Swice pickleball paddles in the United States. Swice pickleball holds the sole discretion to determine whether a damaged paddle is covered under our lifetime warranty. Swice pickleball has the sole discretion to determine whether to replace or repair a paddle covered under our limited lifetime warranty. Replacement paddles are not covered under our limited lifetime warranty.
