Warranty

Swice pickleball paddles are guaranteed against workmanship and manufacturer defects for the lifetime of the paddle with activation of warranty through the registering of the paddle with Swice pickleball. The warranty is not transferable and only applies to the original owner.

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship are covered for the lifetime of the product. Normal wear and tear, damage caused by abuse, negligence/user modification, and the natural breakdown or fading of graphics or textures over extended use are not covered.

This warranty is available for Swice pickleball paddles in the United States. Swice pickleball holds the sole discretion to determine whether a damaged paddle is covered under our lifetime warranty. Swice pickleball has the sole discretion to determine whether to replace or repair a paddle covered under our limited lifetime warranty. Replacement paddles are not covered under our limited lifetime warranty.
