For paddle orders placed on Swicepickleball.com, we offer a 30-day “Love it or Return it” policy. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your paddle(s), you may return it for a full refund, minus any shipping costs, no questions asked. We may ask you a few questions about why you were unhappy with your purchase, but this will only be in an effort to improve our product, not an attempt to prevent your return.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Swice pickleball paddles are guaranteed against workmanship and manufacturer defects for the lifetime of the paddle. The warranty is not transferable and only applies to the original owner.

What's Covered and What's Not

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship are covered for the lifetime of the product. Normal wear and tear, damage caused by abuse, negligence/user modification, and the natural breakdown or fading of graphics or textures over extended use are not covered. Miscellaneous This warranty is available for Swice pickleball paddles in the United States. Swice pickleball holds the sole discretion to determine whether a damaged paddle is covered under our lifetime warranty. Swice pickleball has the sole discretion to determine whether to replace or repair a paddle covered under our limited lifetime warranty. Replacement paddles are not covered under our limited lifetime warranty.
